When you book Online you pay in full at the time of booking. 7% Sales Tax plus a 6% Booking Fee (industry standard) is added to the base price.

If you would rather wait to pay when you show up for your appt, call or text us to book your appointment. We take a card to hold your spot but you won't pay until you show up for your appt. and there will be no Booking Fee added on.

If we have to cancel due to weather or any reason, you will get a full refund & refunds from online booking take 5-7 business days, industry standard. If you are not ok with this refund timeframe, call or text us to book. That way you don't pay until you show up until you get on the boat.

You need to arrive 20 minutes prior to your Appointment time!

The boat will leave on schedule, with or without you, and there will be NO REFUNDS if you are late and there is no guarantee that you'll be rescheduled.

For Online Booking, we have limited time slots available. These times are normally the nicest times to fly and the least likely time to get Cancelled due to weather.

Mid-morning - Midday is when the wind and seas are usually calmest and clearest. The afternoon's can get windy and rough with the Sea Breeze, so we try to book the best weather first.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to Cancel or change the # of people in your reservation you must do so no later than 24 hours prior to your Appointment. If you Cancel with less notice your card on file will be charged the full amount. If you show up with less people than you booked for you will be charged for the # you booked for. You must call and speak with Sun Dogs when you cancel in order to receive a refund.
Refund Policy
If Sun Dogs Parasail has to Cancel your Appointment due to weather or any other reason, we will issue a full refund. The refund process takes 5-7 business days but up to 7-10 days depending on banking institutions, holidays, or time of year. If you are not ok with this refund timeframe, call or text us to book your Appt. instead of booking online. When you book via Call or Text you don't pay until you show up for your appt. and there is no booking fee. When you book online you pay in full at the time of booking plus a 6% booking fee.
