Media Packages
We take a ton of pictures from start to finish. The GoPro you take in the air with you to capture your experience on video. You take home an SD Card. Purchased in person or online. You must pay for your media package before boarding the boat.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to Cancel or change the # of people in your reservation, you must do so no later than 24 hours before your Appointment. If you cancel with less notice, your card on file will be charged the total amount. If you show up with fewer people than you booked for, you will be charged for the # you booked for. When you cancel, you must call and speak with Sun Dogs to receive a refund.
Weather Cancellations
If Sun Dogs Parasail has to cancel your appointment due to weather or any other reason, we will issue a full refund.
Online Booking Refund Policy
The refund process takes 5-7 business days but up to 7-10 days, depending on banking institutions, holidays, or time of year. Call or text us to book your appointment if you are not okay with this refund timeframe. instead of booking online. When you book via phone or text, you don't pay until you arrive for your appointment, and there is no booking fee. When you book online, you pay in full at the time of booking, plus a 6% booking fee.
